This time our AMAZINGRACE sends us running in opposite directions…

…Rodney to Nacala and Ellie to America.

The Amazing Afrika wa Yesu Team carries on with ministry and distribution of supplies to people who fled the fighting, and children continue to come to school on campus.

SOME OF THESE CHILDREN WALK FOR THREE HOURS THROUGH BUSH AND GRASS TALLER THAN THEMSELVES TO GET TO SCHOOL. Then they make the three hour walk back again.

Children are so special, the sound of their laughter and singing floods the place. They are excited to come to school, excited to play on our lovely campus, excited to sit on real chairs, excited to be given a good meal at lunch time. Excited to have water on tap to drink and wash themselves. Excited to be hearing that God loves them and excited to see the love shown them by Afrika wa Yesu team.

THANK YOU JESUS FOR THIS GREAT PRIVILEGE OF DEMONSTRATING YOUR LOVE!

ZEBRAS ZEBRAS ZEBRAS EVERYWHERE!

And Ellie is excited to be packing her zebra suitcase in our zebra guest room. Our daughter Tammy’s comment after sleeping in Zebra room: “Mom, all night in my sleep I saw zebras running around!”

Some of our guests count stripes instead of sheep when they can’t sleep.

Until the next leg… running in amazingrace
